Crystals, Connections and Community

Crystals, Connections and Community

One of the best things I did when I started collecting crystals was getting my friends into it. You might know some of them—like Leah and Eva. I loved them long before crystals came into my life, but I am truly grateful that they’ve been by my side throughout this journey. It was so important because, just like with any new passion, the more you talk about it and share information, the faster you grow in your understanding and as a person.

As my interest in healing and crystals grew, so did my community. I met wonderful people like Deb, Laurel, Wendy and Kris. They, too, helped me understand my healing path, and without them, I don’t know where I’d be today. It’s hard to imagine my life without having met these incredible women. Had I not pursued a deeper understanding of myself and my desire to heal, I might never have found them.

Soon, I started joining online communities and even created some.  Once COVID hit, they became invaluable. We learned new ways of interacting and connecting with other human beings, and now, some of my favorite metaphysical buddies are spread across the US. The support and knowledge we share are priceless.

When I started Midheaven, I didn’t realize how crucial community would be, not just for learning but for a sense of belonging. Now I see myself as the cruise director of this wild and crazy ride. This role has helped me find my place in the world and heal in ways I never thought possible. My greatest joy has been watching others come into their own and flourish.

Community is so very important, and I hope you find yours. Bonus points if it’s with us! The connections you make along the way can enrich your life in unimaginable ways, providing support, friendship, and growth. So, whether you’re just starting your crystal journey or are well along the path, remember that you’re not alone—your community is out there, ready to support and grow with you.
